Itinerary

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, where Himaland Adventure team will welcome you. Transfer to your retreat center and settle in. Enjoy an introductory meditation session to relax after your journey and set intentions for the retreat. Evening free for personal reflection.

After breakfast, explore Kathmandu Valley’s spiritual landmarks, including Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. Participate in guided yoga and breathing exercises at the retreat center. Evening group discussion or chanting session to deepen mindfulness practice.

Drive to Nagarkot, famous for panoramic Himalayan views. Participate in a sunrise yoga session, followed by mindful walking in the surrounding hills. Afternoon free for rest or meditation. Evening reflection and journaling session to absorb the serene environment.

Travel to Pokhara, a lakeside city with breathtaking landscapes. En route, enjoy scenic views of valleys and villages. Upon arrival, take a boat ride on Phewa Lake, followed by meditation and a visit to World Peace Pagoda. Evening group chanting or silent reflection session.
