You can book your trip through our website, email, or by contacting us directly. Your booking is confirmed after a deposit payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, online payments, and cash. Any bank or transaction charges must be covered by the client.

3. Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended. It should cover medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellations. If you do not have it yet, we can assist you get one.

4. What is included in your tour packages?

Our packages usually include accommodation, transportation, guide services, permits, and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Please check each package for details.

5. What is not included in the package?

International flights, visa fees, personal expenses, tips, drinks, and optional activities are generally not included unless mentioned.

6. Can I customize my trip?

Yes, we offer fully customizable trips based on your time, budget, and interests.

7. What is the best time to visit Nepal?

The best time to visit Nepal is during spring (February – May) and autumn (September – November) for clear weather and great views.  June – August is rainy monsoon summer season,  December and  January  are winter months, cold higher up in the Himalayan mountains but, just moderately cold in mid hills and southern Terai region.

8. Are your tours suitable for beginners?

Yes, we offer tours and treks suitable for all levels, including beginners, families, experienced travelers and adventurers.

9. What should I pack for my trip?

You should pack comfortable clothes, walking shoes, a jacket, sunscreen, personal items, and necessary travel documents. Check on our website to Trip Prep link, you can find a list of things you need.

10. What happens if the itinerary changes?

Itineraries may change only for safety and other emergency reasons like;  weather or contingencies beyond our control.  Your safety is always our top priority,  and  we always try our best to make up the trip complete and full arrangements that are inclusive.
