Tilak has a wide range of experiences in travel trade industry from trek guide to tour officer, accountant to managing director and team leader in different travel, trekking and tour companies for the last 33 years of his continuous career. He has also a good knowledge about Buddhist studies and is a Taichi practitioner. Tilak can speak multiple languages; Tamang, Nepali, English, German and Hindi. His MBA university degree gives a good advantage to the team for efficient management of tour trips and the company operation.
