Defination

Company:   means Himaland Adventure Holiday Pvt. Ltd. based in Kathmandu, Nepal registered (no. 12264/056/057) in the Office of Company Registrar and licensed (no. 511/063) by the Department of Tourism, Government of Nepal as a tour operator hereinafter referred to as Company.

Clients:  means those persons, firms or companies who book the Tours from the Company;

Tours:  means any holiday and other travel arrangements whatsoever which are sold by the Company to Clients.

Services:   means the services required in operation of the Tour to be operated by the Company or procured and/or provided by the Supplier to Company and its Clients and referred to in this policy.

Price:We believe in value for money, professionalism and quality service. Similarly, we are well organized in an efficient and cost-effective way so that our clients get a good quality services at a reasonable price.  The stated prices are final and there are no hidden fees. Any additional costs and subject to changes in the price if any are stated clearly in advance.

Guaranteed Departure

It is guaranteed that all the booked Tours are conducted. The booked Tours are not cancelled by the Company on its part except on unavoidable conditions (Force Majeure). In case of the cancellation, the Tour will be conducted on next possible following dates, and the Clients are entitled to join the trip without any extra cost.

A full refund to the Client will be made if the Tour is cancelled due to the company’s own internal reason.

Tour Route/ Itinerary/ Schedule

The booked tours will be followed as programmed and sated in the tour details page. There may be changes only in case of emergencies, due to safety and other unavoidable reasons.

Number of Clients/ Pax

In general, minimum number of Clients (pax) required is two (2) persons to conduct the tours on the announced departure date. For some tours, there may be more numbers required which is stated in the same tour page. For some tours, there may be also maximum number of Clients limitation due to logistic arrangements and in view of clients’ comfort.

Booking

Tour bookings can be done by any one of the convenient mode of communications; online, email, phone and in person with all the required details correct and complete as stated. The company shall not be responsible for any consequences caused due to incorrect or wrong information given by the clients. The client him/herself shall be responsible for the wrong information given. Once booking process is done, a pro-forma invoice for the Tour is produced. Bookings well in advance is encouraged.

Confidentiality of Personal Data

The company shall use required personal data of the clients only for the purpose of conducting the booked tours among the supplier chain, regulatory bodies, local and government authorities and shall keep the personal data private and confidential and shall not use, copy or disclose to any irrelevant third party.

Booking Confirmation

A deposit of 20 % of the total bill amount is required in cash or by credit card or by online transfer or by bank transfer to our given bank account for confirmation of the Tour booking. Once the deposit is made, clients should communicate the company about it.  Upon receipt of the deposit, Booking Confirmation Receipt is issued to the Client, and the same receipt should be produced at the check-in time.

Payment

The balance due bill amount for the Tour has to be paid in full prior to departure of the Tour.  The payment can be made by all major credit cards, bank wire transfer, online transfer and cash in convertible currency ($, €, £, etc.). You will be advised our bank account details for the payment to transfer.

Cancellation Fees & Refund

Cancellation notice needs to be received in advance in writing. The tour cancellation will be subject to a fee should Clients cancel their bookings. Cancellation fee will be charged on the following percentage basis of the total price amount,20 % any time prior to departure, 30 % at least 30 days prior to departure, 50 % at least 15 days prior to departure and 100 % for less than 7 days prior to departure of the Tour.

Note – In some cases, NO cancellation fee is charged if the Tour booking is kept open for a future date.
