Note:
The Wellness Retreat Tour is a deeply transformative wellness journey through Nepal’s sacred landscapes of the Himalaya. It is designed to cultivate awareness, inner peace, and holistic well-being. This experience combines yoga, Taichi, meditation, singing bowl sound therapy, spa treatments, and Ayurvedic healing therapies to rejuvenate the mind and revitalize the body for a happy life.
The Wellness Retreat Tour begins in the Kathmandu Valley, home to some of Nepal’s most important spiritual and cultural sites. Here, you visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Phapasingu), Boudhanath Stupa (Jhyarung Khasyor), the meditation caves in Pharping, and the sacred pilgrimage site of Namobuddha (Takma Lhuijen).
In addition, you explore the historic cities of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Patan for authentic cultural insight. These areas offer rich cultural heritage, ancient temples, and traditional Newari architecture.
Throughout the journey, experienced Lamas perform Buddhist rituals dedicated to Bodhisattvas and other deities. These ceremonies take place in monasteries, and Buddhist masters (Khenpos) also share their teachings.
These spiritual practices support mental purification, emotional balance, and mindfulness development. As a result, they help participants reduce stress and reconnect with inner awareness.
The retreat also includes time in natural environments such as national parks and forest areas. Additionally, these nature-based experiences complement meditation and healing practices, creating a balanced wellness journey.
