The journey continues to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. You explore Mayadevi Temple, monastic zones, and Tilaurakot. These sacred sites encourage deep reflection and awareness.
Next, you travel to Pharping and Namobuddha. These peaceful meditation sites are surrounded by hills and forests. They offer silence, healing energy, and space for inner reflection.
The retreat also includes yoga, Tai Chi, Ayurvedic therapy, and singing bowl sound healing. These practices restore balance to body and mind.
